The performance requirements of hydraulic guide oil are mainly reflected in the following aspects:

1, good anti-climbing performance

Anti - climbing performance is an important performance index of guide oil. In order to achieve the purpose of anti-creep, often add anti-creep oil agent in the oil, and through the viscose-slip characteristic test, the difference between static and dynamic friction coefficient is required to be < 0.08.

2, good adhesion and oil film strength

Guide rail oil adheres to the guide rail, because of frequent contact with air and water vapor, will corrode the surface of the guide rail. Therefore, the guide oil must be added with antioxidant and rust inhibitor, so that the guide oil has good oxygen resistance and rust resistance.
